For a diatomic ideal gas at constant volume, Δ U = qv = nCvΔ T . Given qv = 208 J , n = 1 mol , Δ T = 310 - 300 = 10 K , we get 208 = 1 × Cv × 10 , so Cv = 208 / 10 = 20.8 J/mol·K , typical for a diatomic gas ( Cv ≈ 2.5R ).
